At GutLab, we want your order to arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Because our gut health formula is a perishable product, special handling and delivery timelines apply.
Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing

Orders are processed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only to ensure timely delivery.

Orders placed after 12:00 pm on Wednesday will be processed the following Monday.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number.
2. Shipping Costs

A flat shipping fee of R150 applies to all orders within South Africa.

Shipping is free for orders over R1,500 (where applicable, promotional).

All costs are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
3. Delivery Options & Timeframes

GutLab ships within South Africa only.

Deliveries are made to main city centres via overnight courier where available.

Outlying or rural areas may take 2–3 business days.

We do not currently offer international shipping.
4. Handling Perishable Goods

Products are shipped frozen and packed to maintain quality during transit.

Once delivery is made, it is the customer’s responsibility to:

Ensure the order is received promptly.

Transfer products to a freezer immediately.

GutLab is not responsible for spoilage if products are left unattended after delivery.
5. Local Pickup (Optional)

Customers may arrange local collection in Sandton by prior appointment.

No shipping fee applies for local pickup.
6. Service Interruptions

Delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, including courier delays, public holidays, strikes, or extreme weather.

GutLab is not liable for delays caused by courier services but will assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
7. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete delivery details.

GutLab is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
8. Risk of Loss

Risk and ownership of the goods pass to the customer upon delivery at the address provided.

GutLab is not responsible for theft, spoilage, or damage after delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
