No. GutLab is a food-based formulation, not a supplement or medicine. • It has not been evaluated by SAHPRA. • It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Our objective is to support the body from within by nourishing the gut microbiome.

• Products are shipped frozen. • Place them in the freezer immediately on arrival. • Defrost in the fridge before use and consume within 24 hours once thawed. • Do not refreeze after thawing.

• Orders are dispatched Monday to Wednesday. • Delivery to main city centres: usually overnight. • Rural/outlying areas: 2–3 business days. • Tracking details will be sent once your order ships.

• Flat rate: R150 per order (nationwide in South Africa). • Free shipping may apply for promotional offers.

Because GutLab is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns once items have been dispatched. • If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours with photos. • We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Everyone’s microbiome is different. Some people may notice changes in digestion, energy, or clarity within days, while others experience more gradual effects. GutLab is not a quick fix, it’s about feeding your microbial ecosystem consistently.

Currently, we only ship within South Africa due to the frozen, perishable nature of our formula. International shipping options are under review.
